Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the return conditions applicable to your country below.

European Union (including Germany, Austria, Cyprus, and all EU member states) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without providing a reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and contents. Please note that if you open or use the item beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics, you may be liable for any resulting diminished value (Wertersatz), and we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada All sales are final. However, in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, if your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe or required contract information was not provided, you may be entitled to cancel your order and we will cover the cost of returning the item.

South Korea Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

South Africa Returns are accepted at any time after delivery, subject to item condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

United States, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, Philippines, Switzerland, Mexico, and all other countries All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders shipped to these countries, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below).

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, regardless of your country.

Incorrect Items If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange shipment of the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Refunds Once your return is received, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Original standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
