Why are delivery times to the EU longer?
The EU has overhauled how it handles small e-commerce imports from China to curb a massive surge in low-cost, low-value shipments. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law. Returns are accepted for unopened, sealed decks only. Return shipping to Germany is at the customer's expense and must be arranged by the customer. If your deck arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement free of charge — just contact us within 14 days.
